Since our inception in 2021, Brooklyn Homes has experienced remarkable growth. Our unwavering dedication to quality, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer service has propelled us forward, allowing us to establish a strong presence in the construction industry.

With a clear vision in mind, our goal is to build 1300 homes in the next year. Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of White Picket Fence Holdings, Phil brings over 26 years of industry expertise. A seasoned leader in residential development, construction and home building, he has held executive and senior leadership positions at Stockland, Brookfield Properties, Multiplex, and Metro Property Development, where he led large-scale projects and high-performing teams. Phil is responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering strategic outcomes in line with the group’s national expansion.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and mortgage broking, having held senior leadership roles at National Financial Advisors, AMP Horizons, and Commonwealth Bank. With 8 years of experience in administration across the construction and building industry, Katie specialises in streamlining processes, managing compliance, and keeping pre-construction running smoothly. Having worked at Terrance Lee Homes and VBS NSW, she brings a sharp eye for detail and proactive approach. At Brooklyn Homes, she supports tender submissions, manages contract documentation, and helps ensure compliance across every stage of the build. Katie plays a vital role, helping projects progress efficiently and professionally from the ground up.

Site Supervisor

Tom is an experienced individual in the construction industry. Serving as a Site Supervisor for Brooklyn Homes, Tom is responsible for managing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to safety standards. His prior experience includes roles such as Construction Supervisor and acting Construction Manager at Maincom Services, where he successfully coordinated projects ranging from $20k to $400k, and Maintenance Supervisor at Hunter Homes, where he led maintenance teams and provided carpentry expertise. Tom holds great value to Brooklyn Homes and works closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of all our projects in the Hunter Region.
