As CEO of White Picket Fence Holdings, Phil brings over 26 years of industry expertise. A seasoned leader in residential development, construction and home building, he has held executive and senior leadership positions at Stockland, Brookfield Properties, Multiplex, and Metro Property Development, where he led large-scale projects and high-performing teams. Phil is responsible for driving growth, enhancing operational efficiency, and delivering strategic outcomes in line with the group’s national expansion.

Peter has over 20 years of experience in financial planning and mortgage broking, having held senior leadership roles at National Financial Advisors, AMP Horizons, and Commonwealth Bank. As the Executive Chairman of White Picket Fence Holdings, Peter provides strategic oversight and direction, to shape the ongoing development of the group’s model that delivers more accessible and sustainable pathways to homeownership.
Alvin has over 20 years of experience in senior level positions, with a passion for innovation and driving efficiency. He leads sales strategy and collaborates closely with agents and developers to expand the sales pipeline and secure growth opportunities. Known for building strong relationships and delivering honest, client-focused guidance, Alvin prioritised creating positive experience that drive long-term success and strengthen the group’s market position.
James brings a strong background in home building and construction, with prior roles as a Contracts Administrator and Site Engineer at Belmador and Richard Crooked Construction. James is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from start to finish. He plays a key role in managing trades and suppliers to keep projects running smoothly, ensuring each build is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, allowing site supervisors to focus on field operations.

With 8 years of experience in administration across the construction and building industry, Katie specialises in streamlining processes, managing compliance, and keeping pre-construction running smoothly. Having worked at Terrance Lee Homes and VBS NSW, she brings a sharp eye for detail and proactive approach. At Brooklyn Homes, she supports tender submissions, manages contract documentation, and helps ensure compliance across every stage of the build. Katie plays a vital role, helping projects progress efficiently and professionally from the ground up.
Tom is an experienced individual in the construction industry. Serving as a Site Supervisor for Brooklyn Homes, Tom is responsible for managing site operations, ensuring smooth project execution and adherence to safety standards. His prior experience includes roles such as Construction Supervisor and acting Construction Manager at Maincom Services, where he successfully coordinated projects ranging from $20k to $400k, and Maintenance Supervisor at Hunter Homes, where he led maintenance teams and provided carpentry expertise. Tom holds great value to Brooklyn Homes and works closely with the team to ensure smooth delivery of all our projects in the Hunter Region.
Ryan is a licensed builder with experience working for Maincom and O'Donnell & Hanlon constructions where he handled numerous construction jobs over the past 8 years. Ryan's role in Brisbane is an integral part to ensure the delivery of our builds on the ground.
Drawing on extensive experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, Kate has supported high-performing teams within global investment banks and the property sector. She excels at building strong relationships with clients, senior executives, and key stakeholders. Kate’s diverse expertise plays a vital role in the efficient operation and growth of the organisation.
